Many people find themselves faced with challenges of having to restart their lives when faced with mental health challenges. Some have conflicts with family, friends, employers, co-workers and others. Some people are faced with co-occurring mental illnesses that have led to substance abuse and/or addiction. For some, mental illness might come by way of biological, environmental, and social influences.
